This year's drive will take place between
November 1 and December 23!
We have many options for taking part in this drive. Check out the different ways to be involved:
In-Person Donations & Event Days:
There will be a few weeks where bear donations may be left at Build-a-Bear at the Mall at Fairfield Commons, just like our 2024 drive. We will also have one event day! Join Callista Neff, the Hess Family, and other volunteers on December 23, anytime from 9 a.m. until noon to stuff, purchase, and leave your bear(s) there with the rest of donations. Delivery of all of the bears will follow the December 23 event.
The time frame where anyone is welcome to purchase and stuff their bears will take place between November 1 and our December 23 event. You can visit Build-a-Bear at The Mall At Fairfield Commons, purchase and stuff your bear(s), and leave them there for us to pick up later. There will be a card for you to sign to go with each bear at checkout as well.
Online & Other Donations
There is also an option to donate your bear(s) online!
You can do this by visiting www.buildabear.com and ordering your bear(s) for in-store pick-up for our team to pick up for you. Follow these steps:
Donate drawstring bags from our Amazon registry! We're in need draw string bags for each of the bears to be placed in. You can contact us to donate these or visit our Amazon registry here!
Send an E-Gift Card by emailing your gift to [email protected].
You or a group may SPONSOR a bear by donating Build-A-Bear gift cards and other forms of monetary donations (cash, checks, etc). Donations can be made out to "BEARS4CHILDREN'S" and mailed to 251 W. Central Ave. Unit 217, Springboro, OH, 45066. PayPal and Venmo can be used to make monetary donations as well. Click the buttons below to donate this way!

You can do this by visiting www.buildabear.com and ordering your bear(s) for in-store pick-up for our team to pick up for you. Follow these steps:
- At check out, under “Delivery”, choose the “Pick Up” option, and then “Select Store” and select The Mall At Fairfield Commons as the store. (not all online products will be available for in-store pick up)
- Then list [email protected] as the email, “Bears4Children’s” as the First Name, your name or family name as the Last Name, and then list either your phone number or ours (937-971-8051). Then proceed to check out like normal!
- Listing our email and organization name will allow us to keep track of orders and will let store employees know that the order is a part of the Bears4Children’s donations. Listing your name/family name will allow us to know who to thank and sign a card that will go with the stuffed animal(s)!
